Golden Valley Bank Awarded $210,000 Grant for Habitat for Humanity

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco recently awarded Golden Valley Bank and Habitat for Humanity of Butte County a $210,000 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant.  This grant is designed to be a flexible source of gap financing, assisting in the purchase, construction, or rehabilitation for lower-income households.  The grant will help fund construction of an 8 home urban in-fill project on 16th St. in the Chapman neighborhood.
